Who do you typically work with?
Small and medium businesses, founders in the 1–50 employee range, and mission-driven companies going through growth or transformation. I've worked with everyone from pre-revenue startups to $50M+ operators. The common thread is always ambition with intention.
What's your typical engagement look like?
For advisory, it's monthly — a half-day strategic session plus async support between meetings. For project work, it's a 4–12 week scoped sprint with clear deliverables. Speaking is one-off. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute call to see if we're a fit.
Do you take equity instead of fees?
Sometimes. For early-stage companies where I'm deeply aligned with the vision, I'll consider a hybrid of fees and equity. Let's talk about your situation.
How fast do you respond?

Where are you based and do you travel?
Port Coquitlam, BC (just outside Vancouver). I work with clients across North America remotely, and I'll travel for the right engagement — keynotes, offsites, workshops.
