[ 03 / Services ] Role — AI Implementor · Automation Officer Taking 2 new engagements / Q2 2026

AI without the theatre.

Most companies don't need another AI strategy deck. They need someone to walk into their business, find the bottlenecks, and ship the automations that free up humans to do the work only humans can do. That's what I do.

↓  How it works

AI Implementor. Automation Officer.

Think of me as the fractional executive you hire when "figure out AI" has been sitting on the leadership team's priority list for six months and nothing has shipped.

I've spent twenty years building and scaling companies. I've raised, sold, hired, and fired. I know what a real P&L constraint looks like, and I know the difference between an AI demo and a workflow that actually survives Monday morning.

The point isn't to replace your team with AI. It's to use AI to make your team unrecognizably good at the thing they were hired to do.

I come in, audit the business end-to-end, find the five places where the most time is leaking out, and build the agents, pipelines, and automations to plug them. Then I train your people to own it after I'm gone.

Four ways to work together.

01
Diagnostic

The AI Audit

2 weeks · Fixed scope · $6k

I spend two weeks inside your business — interviewing your team, shadowing workflows, reading your tools. You walk away with a ranked list of the five automations with the highest ROI, scoped for build, and a roadmap you can hand to an in-house team or to me.

  • Workflow teardown of 3–5 core departments
  • Tool stack audit & consolidation opportunities
  • Prioritized build roadmap (effort × impact)
  • Executive readout + written report
02
Build

Agent Sprint

30 days · One workflow · $18k

Pick the most painful workflow in your business. In 30 days I ship a working AI agent or automation that owns it — designed, built, integrated, and handed over. No decks. No "phase two." Just the thing, working, in production.

  • Agent or automation scoped & built in 30 days
  • Full integration with your existing tools
  • Monitoring, evals, and rollback plan
  • Team training + documentation
03
Fractional

Embedded Officer

3–12 months · Fractional · from $8k/mo

I join your leadership team as your fractional AI / Automation Officer. I set the strategy, scope and ship the priority projects, hire or upskill your internal team, and report to your CEO or board. Think of it as a CTO for the part of your business that's being rewritten.

  • Weekly leadership team seat
  • Roadmap ownership + hands-on build
  • Vendor, tool, and hiring decisions
  • Exit plan to an in-house successor
04
Advisory

Board & Advisory

Monthly retainer · from $3k/mo

For founders and CEOs who have a team that can execute, but want a seasoned operator in the room when the big calls get made. I sit on your board or advisory council, pressure-test strategy, and stay on call for the decisions that can't wait two weeks.

  • Monthly board or advisory seat
  • On-demand strategy calls
  • Executive sparring + decision support
  • Network introductions where relevant

How the work actually goes.

i.
Listen before building.

The first week is spent with your team, not your stack. I need to know what the humans actually do, where they get blocked, and what they've tried before. Most "AI failures" are misdiagnosed people problems.

ii.
Rank by leverage, not by hype.

I don't care what tool is trending on Twitter. I care which automation frees the most hours or unlocks the most revenue, and I stack the roadmap in that order. Boring wins almost always outrank shiny ones.

iii.
Ship small. Ship weekly.

I work in weekly increments with weekly demos. You see what I'm building as it's being built, not at a month-end "reveal." If something isn't working, we change direction before the burn adds up.

iv.
Transfer, don't hoard.

My goal is to work myself out of the job. I train your team, document every system, and build with the assumption that someone else will own it in six months. If I'm still the bottleneck in year two, I failed.

Probably a fit. Probably not.

Yes, let's talk
  • SMB doing $1M–$50M in revenue with real workflows to automate
  • Founder or CEO who wants results, not research
  • A team that's overworked, not unmotivated
  • Existing data and tools — even if they're messy
  • Willingness to make decisions in days, not quarters
  • Budget to actually ship something, not just plan it
Probably not a fit
  • Looking for a generic "AI strategy" deck
  • Early-stage pre-revenue startup with no workflows yet
  • Needs a full-time hire, not a fractional partner
  • Enterprise with a 9-month procurement cycle
  • Wants the work done without involving the team
  • Hoping AI will replace the need to manage people

Ready to stop talking about AI?

I take a maximum of five active engagements at a time. Two seats are open for Q2 2026. First call is free, sixty minutes, and you'll walk away with at least one thing you can do before the week ends — whether we work together or not.
